Nirada (Natalie) was born and raised in Thailand; Nirada has a deep understanding and appreciation of Thai culture and fashion. Seventeen years ago, she relocated to the United States and has since become a US citizen. Nirada graduated from Florida International University with a major in International Business and has built a successful career in commercial real estate.
Currently serving as the Assistant Property Manager at CBRE Group, the world's largest commercial real estate company, Nirada specializes in managing luxury retail shopping centers. She has extensive experience overseeing Two Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, California, an iconic shopping center renowned for its high-end retail stores and affluent clientele. This role has provided her with invaluable connections to investors, media, and retail spaces.

​Joining her in this venture is William Wiley, her business partner and the Director of CBRE. With over 35 years of experience in retail center management, Bill is also a member of the City of Beverly Hills Treasury and works closely with the Mayor of Beverly Hills. His extensive network and unparalleled expertise will be instrumental in the success of this venture.
